We now use the ArchiCAD Solo Application for all our drafting output.

 

This is an architectural CAD - BIM (Building Information Modeling) application developed by Graphisoft.

 

ArchiCAD offers solutions for handling all common aspects of aesthetics and construction during the whole design process of the built environment.

 

As well as producing the normal 2D drawings required for UK Planning and Building Regulation requirements, we will be able to produce 3D visualisations, marketing plans, elevations and CAD models.

 

We are progressively changing from our existing 2D applications  to the new application. It is anticipated that we will eventually be able to offer this as the normal format when producing Planning and Building Regulation application documents.

 

To help appreciate the new format, we have included samples in this section of our web site. These have been prepared in parallel to some of our latest projects as trial documents for our own use whilst changing to the new software.
